For the past 20 years, one of our major thrusts has been in helping organizations become more effective in creating value for their customers. Surveys

Somerset Consulting Group designs and conducts surveys of employees and customers. We have designed and conducted numerous surveys for a variety of clients including utility, semi-conductor and computer companies, cable networks, steel producers, telecommunication industries, and many others.

Somerset works with clients in a collaborative process to help them meet their needs for valid and useful data. Our survey process includes:

  • Definition of data needs
  • Design of data collection tools
  • Data collection and analysis
  • Joint feedback and data interpretation

  • Evaluation and continuous learning

In short, we provide clients with a holistic survey experience in which the aim is to make data available to the broadest sector of the organization so that it can be used to improve performance and bottom-lined results.

Somerset can provide your organization both customized as well as standardized surveys. The standardized surveys are available in two formats - the traditional paper and pencil format as well as an on-line computerized version. The computerized surveys use our OPENtm Software. The OPENtm Software is a tool which helps users design and develop survey tools, collect and analyze data, create reports, interpret data, and use data for the purposes of effective transformation and change. In its standard configuration OPENtm consists of eight survey tools, each of which is available in paper and pencil as well as software driven surveys.

Implementation - We can implement training programs by utilizing a "Train-the-Trainer" design or by directly training your employees.
